Welcome to Tran Viet Binh's site!

Hi, My name is Tran Viet Binh (Tran is the family name while Viet Binh is the other name). I come from Viet Nam, a beautiful country with hospitable people and magnificent landscape (see map).

Currently, I am a second year student of University of Wollongong, Australia. I have received a scholarship from Australia government (AusAID) to do a B.Eng (Computer Engineering) here, it is 4 years long and I still have 2 and a half year to go. My study is not very bad, I have got some good grades and actually I have gained quite a lot of useful knowledge here. (Details - My Study)

About my family, we have four people, my Dad, my Mom, my elder brother and I. Dad and Mom are still working for government company in Viet Nam, my elder brother is doing Phd in University of Norrkopping, Sweden; they are all great. (Details - My Family)

I have quite a lot of friends, most of them were my classmates. They are cool and we were having good times together. Most of my friends are now studying in Viet Nam while the other are studying abroad like me (Australia, France, United States, Japan, United Kingdom etc) (Details - My friends)

My interests are football (soccer), computer and games. My favorite football club is Barcelona (Barca) and my favorite international football team is (above all of course) Vietnamese and after that is Brazilian. Programming languages I know are C++, Java, Pascal etc, the games I play most often is Fifa2001 and QuakeIII.
